Timeframe: You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We normally accept refunds for any mistakes made by us. If the goods you received is broken or defective, you may return it within the return time frame.
Return requests will be STRICTLY denied due to differences in actual color and the color on the photo. You must understand that there will be some variation due to factors such as display nature, display calibration, and so on.
Custom or Personalised Orders (Unless they arrive damaged or defective) Items on Sale (Unless they arrive damaged or defective) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
